These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 62bat. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 62bat website, registering an account, or using any service or product offered on this platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 62bat platform.
62bat reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and use 62bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

- You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 62bat complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 62bat or any other gaming operator, and must not have been previously banned or suspended from the 62bat platform.
- You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of others are not permitted.
62bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any eligibility condition at any time, including but not limited to national identification documents, proof of address, or source of funds declarations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one 62bat account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with all associated balances and bonuses forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your login credentials, password or account access with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify 62bat support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
- 62bat will not be responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, including losses arising from use of shared or unattended devices.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. 62bat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
All financial transactions on 62bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider. 62bat does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts that are not registered in your name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in your name. 62bat does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, wallets or cards.
- Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash, Nagad or Rocket are typically processed within a few business hours, subject to the volume of requests and the availability of the payment provider's systems.
- Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully satisfied before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active rollover will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
- 62bat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the value is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected. Processing may be delayed pending the outcome of such checks.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
62bat may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions and other incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be claimed by a player who has self-excluded, been suspended, or does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
- Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, minimum odds applicable to qualifying bets, and any game restrictions will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
- 62bat reserves the right to withhold, reverse or cancel any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms by the player.
- Welcome bonuses are limited to one per player, one per household, one per device and one per IP address. Multiple accounts created to claim the same welcome offer will be treated as duplicate accounts and closed in accordance with Section 3.
- 62bat may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player before the withdrawal date, the terms in force at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that player.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or subsequent verification processes.
- Using any automated system, software, script or bot to interact with the 62bat platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay or distorts game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform as a mechanism for the movement of illicit funds.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, or exploiting known software bugs, errors in odds pricing or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
- Registering or operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of or for the benefit of another person who is ineligible to hold an account under these Terms.
Responsible Gaming
62bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We recognise that while gaming is a form of entertainment for the majority of our users, a minority of players may experience difficulty in controlling their gaming activity. 62bat provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders and self-exclusion options to assist players who wish to manage their gambling. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the 62bat platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
62bat provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62bat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 62bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall 62bat, its directors, officers, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if 62bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 62bat's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
Privacy and Data Protection
62bat collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 62bat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 62bat, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain data for specified periods.
Amendments to These Terms
62bat may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 62bat will take reasonable steps to notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the 62bat platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 62bat support.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 62bat operates. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. 62bat's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility and platform operation are final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.
